Andy Cummins' Horses To Watch - Sunday At Newmarket

Qatar Bloodstock Dahlia Stakes (Group 3) (1m1f)

Gifted Girl was a revelation last season when rising from handicap to group 1 company successfully when second to Dank in the Beverly D. Stakes at Arlington last season, that is super form but this is a hot renewal.  Integral carries quality form into the race as she was a close second to Sky Lantern in the Sun Chariot stakes last season. Zurigha for Richard Hannon looks progressive as well and has race fitness on her side after a listed win at Kempton last time out. Race fitness could be key here and that would have me favouring Zurigha but Gifted Girl has won after a break before so she will be my selection here.

Pretty Polly Stakes 5:00 (Listed Race) (1m2f)

This is an Oaks trial that gave us the Oaks winner last year. Talent. This is full of lightly raced fillies as you would expect. Night Fever is a fascinating runner for John Gosden and she carries the Coolmore silks. She is a full brother to 2012 Derby third Astrology and if she debuts here she will be well worth watching as a good run here in this company on debut will put her right up the business end of The Oaks betting.
